Decent Hotel Experience
helpful staff clean rooms small reception area no safety safe
The location is fantastic, I think. It is near the church. I love that a restaurant also exists. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean I see.
The breakfast was really not good, I must say. The front desk was very small. I did not see a place to store baggage. I needed a safety safe, and they dont have that.

the hotel's location was excellent and right in the historical area. my room was clean and well kept, i appreciated that. the breakfast had a sufficient variety and offered many options. the staff were genuinely kind and very helpful with directions.
the room lacked a mini fridge, it would have been a useful addition.

The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. they ensured a smooth check-in process and were always available to assist with requests! the staff provided excellent service. their kindness made a big difference.

the hotel is located only a short distance from the city's main square! this offers convenience for sightseeing and exploring. i found the location ideal for accessing museums and the river promenade. the proximity to the cathedral was great.

the attached restaurant was enjoyable, it offered decent food and a pleasant atmosphere. the breakfast was sufficient, it provided a good start to the day. the restaurant's terrace was a notable feature! this allowed for a pleasant dining experience.

delicious breakfast many choices friendly service
I found the breakfast delicious. There were plenty of choices available to me. The staff provided friendly service. I appreciated that the hotel is central to many attractions!!!

adequate location and breakfast
good variety friendly employee stiff faucet shower head
the breakfast had a good variety. a friendly employee managed it. the rooms were in good condition and recently renovated.
The bathroom faucet was very stiff. i was afraid of breaking it. the receptionist acted like nothing was wrong. she didn't offer an apology or understanding. the shower head was attached to the holder with tape. Showering was only possible with the shower head in my hand.
